Know who has paid their membership fee
Add your member list, send every member a payment message with their own reference, and tick them off when the money arrives. Then you know who is missing – without a spreadsheet nobody else understands.
1. Bring in the member list
Paste or upload a CSV from Excel, Google Sheets or the old spreadsheet. A name and an email or phone number is enough. You can also add members one at a time.
2. One message per member
Each member gets a ready-made text with the amount, the club's Vipps number and a short reference to write in the message field. Copy it, or send it straight as a text message or email.
3. Overview and export
When the payment shows up in your Vipps report, tick it off. The overview shows who has paid, who is missing and who is past the deadline. Take the CSV to the annual meeting.

Your club should not pay a percentage of its own fees
Large club systems charge a fixed monthly price and a share of every payment on top. For a small choir or residents' association that is a lot of money just to find out who has paid. kontingent takes nothing from the payments – the money goes straight from the member to the club's own Vipps.
The member list stays with you
The list is stored only in the browser on the computer you use. We never see names, phone numbers or who has paid. Export a CSV now and then, so the club always has a copy – also when the job passes to the next treasurer.
Price
19 NOK per month
Free for clubs with up to 25 members. Bigger clubs pay one flat price, however many members you have – no price per member, no percentage, and you can cancel whenever you like.
